Vandals make ‘donuts’, tear up trash cans

Sometime over the weekend, a vandal or vandals used a vehicle to make “donuts” in the grass at Heritage Hill Park in northern Forney. The perpetrators also vandalized trash cans near the playground.
The vandalism was reported to the Forney Messenger Monday by Dodie VanSchuyver of the City of Forney’s Parks and Recreation Department.
