ited States Marshals Sex Offender Investigations Branch and members of the United States Marshal’s Service Dallas Fort Worth Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (DFW FAST), conducted a two-day operation on April 20-21, 2010, “Operation T.N.T.” (“Targeting Neighborhood Threats”), with the goal of ensuring state registration requirements for convicted sex offenders in the cities of Terrell, Forney, and Kaufman.
