FORNEY—The Forney Band Boosters have been working steadily behind the scenes on the 3rd Annual Taste of Forney and Silent Auction. This year’s event will take place at the Forney High School Cafeteria on Tuesday, March 9 from 5:30 p. m. until 8:30 p. m.
The Taste of Forney has been and will be an exciting way for the community to show their support and enthusiasm for our very talented and award-winning top-ten 4A band. It also provides Forney residents and friends a unique opportunity to taste the local cuisine in a single location, as many area restaurants will be providing samples from their menus for the enjoyment of all.
In conjunction with the Taste of Forney, a silent auction will be held. Items to be auctioned will consist of merchandise donated by the sponsoring business community.
