On Sunday, February 21, 2010 at around 6:00 p. m., Forney Police Officers responded to an aggravated robbery that had just occurred in the parking lot of McDonald’s restaurant located on US Hwy 80.
According to the victim, two Hispanic males wearing bandanas over their faces, approached her vehicle and told her to get out of her car while pointing a gun at her. They told her to give them her purse and car keys or they would shoot her and her children. The victim fled with her children and the suspects got into the car, but it is believed they were unable to operate it. The suspects then got into a red Chevy Tahoe and drove away at a high rate of speed toward the area of the Best Western Hotel and out of sight of witnesses.
