Notice to all 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade boys and girls that signups for Little Dribblers Basketball will start Saturday, November 7 at 10 a m. until 1 p. m. in the Cafeteria of the Forney High School. Signups will end November 28 with tryouts scheduled for December 12. Coaches will draft their teams as soon as tryouts are over and the coaches will contact their teams on Saturday or Sunday. Practices will begin Saturday, December 19 with the first game scheduled for January 15. Each team will have four practices scheduled before their first game. The last game of the season, hopefully, will be February 27. In this seven-week period, all four leagues will play a minimum of six games, with the possibility of a larger league playing a single round robin and having to play more games. Games will be scheduled for Friday evening and/or Saturday morning or afternoon. All signups will be held at the Forney High School Cafeteria on November 7, November 14, November 21, and November 28. These Saturday signup times are 10 a. m. to 1 p. m. No late signups will be placed on a team. The cost for the 2009 Little Dribblers Program will be $50.00.
