Forney Messenger, Inc: Blackburn Elementary Blackburn Bucks

Blackburn’s Outstanding Citizens—Any student at Blackburn who is seen being a model citizen, going the extra mile to do what is right, will be rewarded with a Blackburn Buck. They place the Blackburn Buck in a drawing can in the office. On Friday, each week 2 names are drawn from each grade level, and those who’s names are drawn get a prize from the office. The following students are to be commended for their willingness to go the extra mile to help others. They are truly great citizens at Blackburn Elementary. Congratulations on winning the prize for the drawing on Friday, May 1, 2009: Jayden Tilley, Nathan Creyts, Davis Hariston, Sierra Dooley, Natalie Castro, John Coursey, April Dominques, and Bryce Tackett.
